This happens regularly, for this reason I prevent lettuce and also things of the nature.

I deserve to eat broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and all the rest just fine. But when it pertains to salads...it just doesn't fly.

I'm not sure if apologize cider vinegar would help (as another poster mentioned). Ns made a dressing for the salad utilizing oil and apple cider vinegar with a dash that Italian herbs. It was delicious. Salad had chicken, carrot, radish and also celery. My stomach to be achy and gassy for the rest of the afternoon and I won't mention the rest. I'm reasoning it was the celery.

It's 50/50 mix so half spring greens and half spinach.

Other veggies have no similar effect. Brocoli, cauliflower, asparagus, etc. Have no ok effects. I try the same dressing on this or on meats and also I'm fine. It's really details to lettuce. Oddly enough.

Well, the doesn't sound right. As soon as I'm sticking to protein and fat ns am squared away because that my bm. It's just salad that makes whatever go crazy.
